Copper Spiral Torc Necklace/ Hammered Copper Choker/ Viking or Celtic Style Jewelry/ Torque Collar/ By Elven Soul

This copper spiral torc necklace was made from 10 gauge pure bare copper. I cut, filed, shaped, and hand hammered each piece.

One size fits most, this necklace can be slightly adjusted for a perfect fit. It measures approximately 6 inches across in its widest area. It easily slides on and off (but stays put while wearing), and can be gently squeezed in the shoulder area while wearing, to form to your body shape and lay how you want it to, and squeezed in the spiral area to provide a more open or closed look.

☆About Copper-
Copper is a hypoallergenic metal, so it is safe to wear. I use pure bare copper in my copper designs so there is never any lead or nickel. Copper does not rust but it does oxidize over time . This means it will darken as time goes by, turning a darker brown, and eventually after an extremely long period of time without cleaning,it can turn green (think about the Statue of Liberty 🗽) Copper jewelry can create a harmless green stain on skin due to oxidation, especially if you sweat a lot. This easily washes off with soap and water and is natural and safe. Green skin is Not a sign of metal allergies. It is extremely rare to have a copper allergy.
